Refunds & Reshipments

- Your order is lost in transit
- You receive the wrong item
- Your item arrives damaged or defective

Returns
If you wish to return an item:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- An incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout
- The package was refused by the customer
- The order could not be delivered due to customs restrictions or import regulations in the destination country
- The item has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, or carrier disruptions
